Upon successful completion of the DHM program, graduates will be able to:
- Hotel Operations Management: Understand and manage key hotel operations, including reception, housekeeping, food & beverage services, and event coordination.
- Customer Interaction: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Practical Knowledge: Apply hands-on training in areas such as front desk operations, guest services, food production, and housekeeping management.
